Insight Focused Neurotherapy (IFNT)

A gentle, neuroscience-informed approach that helps you understand and shift the patterns your brain has learned from stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. Jules is completing her INFT training, equipping her to support you in creating deep, lasting change from the inside out.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative Therapy helps you explore and reframe the stories you tell about yourself and your life. By understanding how these stories shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, we can work together to create new, empowering narratives that support growth, healing, and resilience.

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Trauma-informed therapy recognises the impact of past traumatic experiences and prioritises safety, choice, and collaboration in the therapeutic process. Somatic practices are incorporated to support nervous system regulation and awareness. As a trauma-informed therapist, I respect each person’s pace, avoid re-traumatisation, and help clients build stability, resilience, and a stronger connection to themselves as they heal.
